A 4.65-hectare site on the eastern edge of Kewstoke village, needing a layout that respected the village edge while delivering connectivity and ecological benefit.
Our approach
OG Urban Design's layout of 2–4 bedroom homes added a 3.0m shared footway/cycleway link from Lyefield Road, bolstered existing hedgerows and created new aquatic habitats across the scheme.
Outcome
Outline planning consent achieved — 75 homes with 30% affordable housing.
