Beckington & Exmouth
35 homes (30% affordable) south-east of Bath, resolved for approval at committee; and 130 homes (8.74 ha, 25%+ affordable) on the northern edge of Exmouth — both with accessible greenspace, native planting, wildflower meadow and SuDS.
Lyefield Road & Ladymead
75 homes at the eastern edge of Kewstoke (outline consent achieved) with a 3.0m footway/cycleway link and new aquatic habitats; and 75 homes at Langford laid out around an attenuation-basin focal point.
