Strategic promotion
Promotion of sites at every scale — including Rubix Land's South of England portfolio, from 50-unit schemes up to strategic sites of 500–2,500 units such as East Backwell, North Somerset (~400 dwellings).
Applications & appeals
Pre-application, outline and full applications, site development appraisals, and appeals through written representations, hearings and public inquiries. Recent pre-app work includes Lyneham, North Wiltshire (~100 dwellings) and Cam, Gloucestershire (up to 150 dwellings).
Policy, obligations & consultation
Representations on planning policy documents, negotiations with local authorities, affordable housing and planning-obligation work, Community Infrastructure Levy submissions, and public consultation advice and events.
