The challenge
A strategic site for up to 400 dwellings and local amenities, with infrastructure located partly in flood zone 3 — demanding complex drainage and flood modelling, a new roundabout, around 2km of new adoptable highway and a railway underbridge.
Our approach
OG Consulting Engineers led the infrastructure design and flood modelling that de-risked the site, working alongside OG Planning and OG Urban Design on the wider promotion.
Outcome
Under active promotion as one of OG Group's largest North Somerset sites — up to 400 homes.
